THE POLITICS-Foreign Policy; Israel and Palestine
This next topic is the heart of the matter for me because, it appears to be more “double speak.” I believe, that because Israel and Palestine is such a hot potato, direct answers or conversations about the subject matter are very general and avoided if not brought up. When I sent Rasoul an email I asked four specific questions.
I want you to think about how crafty his answers were to me. Questions 1-4.
Questions 5 and 6 is one of those areas of the heart and I cannot prove or disprove his answers. As I have stated, he is bound to the Quran whether he wants us to believe it or not.
Questions to Rasoul?
1. Do you believe Israel illegally confiscated Arab territory and is occupying Gaza, the West Bank, and the Golan Heights? Yes or No?
2. Do you believe America is aiding this illegal occupation/confiscation? Yes or No?
3. Do you believe the land belongs to Palestine? Yes or No?
4. If elected will you do all you can under your power in Congress to help the Palestinians gain Israeli occupied territory? Yes or No?
Answers by email;
“Qs 1-4: I've never studied the situation, nor do I really care to. I think we all want world peace.”
5. Will you act in the best interest of Palestine or the US? Yes or No?
Answer?
“5. The U.S. - This is where I was born and raised and this is where my children will grow up”
6. Will your first allegiance be to the Quran or the US Constitution? Yes or No?
Answer? “6. The Constitution.”
Now, lets look at the answer to numbers 1-4. He says he has never studied the situation regarding Palestine and Israel, nor does he care to. Hmmmm. Forgive me as I assume he is not being honest when looking at all the evidence. To answer with “I've never studied the situation” leaves much room for the game of semantics.
It may be true he has never “studied” the situation. But, what does he mean by studied? Written a thesis? Sat on a large boulder with his fist under his chin pondering the issues? If he has never studied the situation then why is he concerned in helping Palestinians? After all, the Hope Fund was started to help a very specific people and cause. I'll tell you why I believe he has a working knowledge of the Palestinian situation in a second and I believe Rasoul knows full well why he is a part of the Hope fund.
When you connect the dots you have to read closely what is being said below. It appears the Hope Fund is done on behalf of the poor who need help as a result of a past event. But, look closely at the term Palestinian Intifada used in the mission statement. And keep in the back of your minds that this was not a one time event. The intifada is on-going to the Palestinian.
"Moreover , many of these institutions have been forced to close down for months or even years at a time during the Palestinian Intifada . For instance, Beir Zeit University -the largest and most prestigious college in the West Bank, often described as the Palestinian Harvard -- was closed for some two years, its classrooms raided and precious equipment destroyed or damaged." www.thehopefund.org/mission.html
Since it is true that Rasoul knows of the mission, he also knows of or is aware of the term used above. "The Palestinian intifada." What does that mean? Well, since you asked, lets hear it from the mouth of a Palestinian website.
Many people in the West do not know what the word "Intifada" means. Currently, the Palestinian people are being oppressed by Israel. This manifests itself in many ways; from the use of bullets and missiles against demonstrators; to the continued building of settlements with no respect for Palestinian rights; from the removal of Palestinians from their homes; to the continuos disregard for numerous United Nations resolutions. Intifada is simply the defense of the Palestinian people against this oppression. www.intifada.com/palestine.html
Awwww, so you see Rasoul is not coming clean with his answers. In 2002, right here in our neck of the Country, (DC) there were screams for continued intifada. And, guess who was there? Remeber earlier the name Nihad Awad? Yep! What did he have to say?
Dr. Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, addressed the crowd as "friends of justice" and urged them to pressure the American government to abandon Israel.
Those in attendance were led in chants of "Long live Palestine! Long live the intifada!" and "We don't care what you say! Intifada all the way!" www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php/index.php?pageId=13618
Does Rasoul expect us to believe his support of Palestinians was a result of having opened a map of the world and with a blind fold on, he placed his finger on the map and wherever his finger landed he would help refugees from that area of the world?
If he is telling the truth in the response he gave me in the email then I have a hard time understanding the following statement from his website under "corruption."
“Today, our consideration of present US foreign policy choices must begin with the Middle East. And it is imperative that the United States now begin a phased withdrawal from Iraq, and do more to promote a peaceful solution where the people of Israel and Palestine can live in peace together as neighbors.”
So, he may not have “studied” the issue but he darn well knows whats going on over there. Who on this planet in their right mind is not aware of the trouble with Israel and Palestine?
Now, on the other hand, if he is telling the truth this doesn't look good. It means he is not being honest in his statement when he says we must do more to promote a peaceful solution with Israel and Palestine. How does he have the solution if he is not aware of the problem? With all due respect Mr. Rasoul, you don't walk into a war room with advice if you are not aware of the war! So which is it? Here we have a very confused man. A man wanting to go to Congress with answers to questions he says he has never studied?
I got more suspicious after he avoided the question in the other email back in February when I asked about Israel and the land they possess. You see, if these questions are asked to any Palestinian the answers would not favor Israel in any way.
I cannot help but raise one more point. Do we ask the right questions to include Rasoul's history? Rasoul's religious history seems to be somewhat quiet. Trips to the Middle East, etc. Zeyno Baran wrote a wonderful article that can be used to better understand, a persons history (associates and associations) must be considered and questioned. Zeyno's article is titled "America’s Muslim Representatives: Are the Right Questions Asked?"
She writes; American officials are rightly eager to promote moderate Muslims. However, words alone cannot be the basis to determine whether someone is truly committed to the Constitution and to American pluralism. While many public Muslim figures will surely say the things we would expect to hear from them, we should not so readily bestow upon anyone the title of “moderate” title without a thorough investigation of the person’s background." http://www.hudson.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=publication_details&id=5034
So when we ask a "moderate" Muslim (as I did) if he or she will be accountable to the US Constitution, we have to look at his answer in light of his associates (past and present) and his the organizations he is involved with, (past and present.)
The Solution
What is done on American soil through Muslim websites, i.e. the ATFP, AMEU, AMC, MPAC, CAIR, etc or individuals like Fahim Qubain and even the efforts of Salam Rasoul himself, often times appear to be a kinder, toned down approach to show the world how tolerant the American Muslims are toward the conflict with Israel and thus, we read and hear of gentle terminology. To make my case I will be quoting from the Hamas Charter in several areas of this section because I believe it is probably one of the foundations taught to him through his friends and family as he grew up. As we shall see, Salam has mentioned Palestine by name in his policies. As I said, the politics of Salam are equally as important as Salam's religious views because they are one in the same for a Muslim.
Article One: The Ideological Aspects
The Islamic Resistance Movement draws its guidelines from Islam; derives from it its thinking, interpretations and views about existence, life and humanity; refers back to it for its conduct; and is inspired by it in whatever step it takes.
www.palestinecenter.org/cpap/documents/charter.html
As I have been trying to argue above, you cannot separate the religion and the politics in Islam because they are one and the same. I want to lay some ground work of the Palestinian agenda. You will identify similar language with all these Muslim organizations and you will see Rasoul uses the same buzz words in his campaign.
As it says above, the Islamic resistance movement draws its guidelines from Islam. That is why there are terminology similarities spoken by Rasoul that mimic those of, say, the American Task Force for Palestine and others who are advancing the Palestinian agenda.
Mr. Rasoul is identified as a Palestinian humanitarian and this title may change if he is elected to, Congressman Rasoul Palestinian humanitarian. I was unable to view the details of a past conversation (need subscription $$ to read) which took place in a meeting.
on 9/12/07: A conversation with Sam Rasoul, Democratic Candidate, Sixth Congressional District of Virginia '08, and Riz Khan, Aljazeera English Network, about "Arabs, Muslims, and American Public Opinion" (in English)
http://www.alhewar.com/oldevents.html
Go to that site and guess what you will find? Nada! Zip, Nothing! Its been removed. I sent an email requesting a copy of what took place and I was told it is no longer available. Once again, I hear the voice of the Church Lady; "how conveeeeenient!" Funny that there were multiple other articles still available, but this one went *poof* just like the one from the AFRP.
Before I go into a somewhat lengthy analysis, let me preface this with one comment and that is that we must keep in the back of our minds that some “Western” Palestinian techniques (no bloodshed) may not line up with the “Middle East” Palestinian techniques (bloodshed) yet, I believe both techniques have one desired goal after all is said and done. The term so often used by the Muslims is the word we read “solution.” I cannot help but think how this relates back to what was once called “Die Endlosung” in German. Jews are familiar with Hitlers “final solution” and I believe this term is another way of saying the same thing, only the Palestinians have added “peaceful” in front of the term.
Take a look at some of these organizations listed in this article that recognize Rasoul and understand that the board members are not homeless or poor by any means. They have fat wallets I'm sure and they want Salam in Congress to further the Palestinian cause.
These Muslim organizations are here to help spread their propaganda to help us “understand” the Palestinian cause. I will document that solution and how it is to be implemented in just a bit. Sadly, the majority of the American media with their naive, prideful, liberal mindset are pawns for the Palestinian cause and are nothing more than useful idiots. Thus, they have been used and have been outspoken puppets for Islam as they help to advance these soft and subtle “all we want is peace" and “Israel is the real enemy disrupting the process” techniques to promote Palestinian propaganda.
As read from the Hamas Charter, if Hamas had it their way, we would read of blood being spilled daily. However, as you will read over and over, “peaceful solution” is the buzz word advanced by the American Palestinians to educate the Americans. It is their agenda to appear as if they are willing to overlook the alleged theft of their land by the Jews if they will give a small portion back. They want us to believe they are willing to work out this war with Israel for nothing more then some land, but, Israel is the problem because they refuse to give back land they stole.
Does everyone see whats going on here? According to the Palestinians the problem is, Israel stole the land. Thats the problem. Whats the solution? What other solution can you think of other then to take back what Israel stole from them right? This is why I believe there was no answer to my question to Rasoul. Rasoul would not come clean with yes or no. Make it into congress and do what he can to see the solution advanced little by little. In the meantime, American Palestinian websites and their disciples seek to educate us (the Americans) to get on board with them and demand Israel give up what has been given to her by the Lord.
Article Thirteen:
Peaceful Solutions, [Peace] Initiatives and International Conferences [Peace] initiatives, the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the Palestinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Islamic Resistance Movement. For renouncing any part of Palestine means renouncing part of the religion; the nationalism of the Islamic Resistance Movement is part of its faith, the movement educates its members to adhere to its principles and to raise the banner of Allah over their homeland as they fight their Jihad...” (emphasis mine)
www.palestinecenter.org/cpap/documents/charter.html
As you read from the Hamas Charter, the techniques are different in obtaining cooperation with Israel. The Palestinians here in the US may not be on the same sheet of music with the “jihad” aggressive tactics of the Palestinians in the Middle East. Why? The majority of Western Muslims believe in what is called “evolutionary success” verses the Middle Eastern Muslims who believes in “revolutionary success.” The Muslims in the US live life to the fullest because they know, in time, procreation leads to population and this will be the means of advancing Islam. It is a much slower process, but make no mistake, it is the mindset of Muslims to be the only religion on the planet.
Don't forget what I quoted earlier from Omar Ahmad;
"Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran . . . should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on earth."
http://www.danielpipes.org/394.pdf
This must not be dismissed as some right winged conspiracy theory spoken by a Jew or a Christian. It was a Muslim right here in the US who stated this! Both the evolutionary and the revolutionary techniques promoted by the American Palestinians and Middle Eastern Palestinians will advance the cause of the Muslims even if the one does not recognize the others style. Again, read the Hamas Charter to better understand the feelings of Palestinians here and abroad. This is why I have referenced portions of it in this article. Palestinians believe Israel is illegally occupying the area in which they live and the Jews must surrender the land.
Salam's “non position” “position” on foreign policy?
I believe, as a result of Salam's convictions as an American Palestinian, this was the drive for him to be involved in that project I referred to earlier called the “Hope Fund.” In his website he does not elaborate too much on what it is. It reads;
“Joining Valley Character, Sam began working to improve character development in our youth around the region. Working with The Hope Fund, the Congressional candidate has helped to develop an avenue to provide a college education for poor refugees.
www.samrasoul.us/about_sam.html
Left at face value it appears to be a wonderful cause. Note the play on words. “working to improve character development in our youth around the region.” Ask yourself the question; who's youth around what region? Define “our.” What a brilliant play on words! He jumps from us to them, from here to there. I think region becomes clear since it says poor refugees.Whats my problem here? Semantics. He is not helping “our” youth. He is helping refugees from the Middle East region!
Not Roanoke youth. His Palestinian youth.
“Our,” according to Merriam Webster is defined as “of or relating to us or ourselves or ourself especially as possessors or possessor.” I am not seeing how “our youth” includes Roanoke youth. I don't see personal possession in this statement. Very clever and very deceptive wording if you ask me.
Below, I will be quoting several times from that email I sent to Salam and the answer I was provided. You will now see why I call this the non position, position.
When I asked Salam about Israel, Salam answered;
“I am running for the House of Rep, which is not suppose to have much of a role in foreign policy so that is why I do not talk to much about foreign policy. I worry about my constituents in my home district.” (email on file)
Now, let's review this answer as we read and compare it with his position in his website under the section, “Foreign Policy.”
“Today, our consideration of present US foreign policy choices must begin with the Middle East. And it is imperative that the United States now begin a phased withdrawal from Iraq, and do more to promote a peaceful solution where the people of Israel and Palestine can live in peace together as neighbors. Once we begin something, we should work for the best outcome. But, no good will now flow from the United States continuing to occupy Iraq. Still, we must seek every opportunity to help rebuild and thus stabilize Iraq, directly or indirectly.”
www.samrasoul.us/issues.html#Corruption
I don't know about you but I hear a bit of contradiction here. He just covered at least 50 percent of the foreign problems around the globe! For a guy who said to me via email when asked about Israel
1) “I've never studied the situation, nor do I really care to. I think we all want world peace.”
2) “I am running for the House of Rep, which is not suppose to have much of a role in foreign policy so that is why I do not talk to much about foreign policy. I worry about my constituents in my home district”
Are you hearing double speak? Let me break his policy down; Notice his emphasis.
1.US foreign policy MUST BEGIN with the Middle East.
2.It is IMPERATIVE that the US NOW begin a phased withdrawal from Iraq.
3.And begin to promote a PEACEFUL SOLUTION. Where the people of Israel and Palestine can live in peace together. (there it is..”peaceful solution!”)
4.We should work for the best outcome.
5.NO GOOD will flow from the US occupying Iraq.
What caught my eye is this; he has laid out a detailed role where he said he should not have much of a role. He has laid out a detailed role where he once said he has never studied the problem? Hellooooo. He hasn't even been nominated and he wants us to believe his position from his website is minimal concerning foreign policy?
What do you think his first priorities may be if elected? I think the statement speaks for itself. Secondly, notice how he jumped from the war in Iraq, to the Palestinian cause and back to the war in Iraq. It makes a statement to all Palestinians that he will work on their behalf if nominated. When you see “Palestine”, always remember negative sentiments of Israel are right along side.
Many Muslim organizations have rallied behind Salam as he seeks this seat in Congress. Read of Salam's reviews from the America Federation of Ramallah Palestine from June of 2007;
“Guest Speaker-Sam Rasoul: Mr. Rasoul a 26 -year -old Congressional candidate from Roanoke, Virginia, a district that serves about 650,000 constituents spoke about igniting involvement in Arab Americans, especially the younger generation. His campaign platform is the "dawning of a new generation." His main goals include campaign finance reform and bringing to light the America’s huge monetary support of Israel. His website is Sam2008.com.” Pg 10. www.afrp.org/HathiheRamallah/4July-August%202007.pdf
It was on 7-3-08 that I checked the link above and that particular link (volume 4) had been removed. Like I said, I have personally read his statement from a blog where he stated that those were not his words or thoughts at all. However, by the providence of the Lord I was introduced to someone who had a copy of the minutes from the website before they had a chance to remove them. If you view "exhibit a" on this site you will see the copy. Look on the right hand column just past the middle of the page and you will see; Guest Speaker-Sam Rasoul; "His main goals include campaign finance reform and bringing to light the America's huge monetary support of Israel." www.faithdefendingjew.org/images/rasoul_minutes_afrp.pdf
(If the link does not take you to the site simply click on the tab "Rasoul exhibit a" and the document will come up.)
To this day, his pals continue to maintain Rasoul is innocent and Rasoul did not speak about support to Israel. Those minutes do not lie! If you remember, I already addressed this particular issue where he has denied speaking about money and Israel, and how the minutes from the website went *poof.* I guess I believed the page from the website would have never disappeared because there was some integrity in politics left on this planet, but I was wrong again. As I already stated, allowing us to read from the original post to the website would have vindicated Rasoul's statement that he never spoke about Israel and Americas support to her.
The blog reads; "Last week, Democratic Congressional candidate Sam Rasoul (VA-6th), rightly or wrongly, was judged guilty by association for ideas attributed to him regarding disparities in funding between the Palestinian Authority and the state of Israel in a newsletter published by a Palestinian-American activist organization. Rasoul denied making the statements alluded to in the newsletter and informed me that he called the organization and asked to have the newsletter removed from the group’s website. http://starcityharbinger.com/?p=707#comment-570
Let's play stupid for a second and pretend we have not a shred of reasoning within us and say for the sake of argument there are no minutes stating what is quoted above? Ask yourselves, who, what, where, why or how caused the man who does the recording of the minutes write this down or what caused him or her to be so specific? What woooed or impressed that person to believe that Rasoul's main goal was to deal with support toward Israel? Someone mentioned something in order for them to get so excited over it right?
This is the time in my article where I once again appeal to other sources so you, the reader, may connect the Palestinian dots. Do you remember earlier when I spoke of the march that took place in DC in the year 2002? What do you suppose was spoken?
"The central theme was support for Palestine and an unequivocal denunciation of Israel – and of American support for the Jewish state. Repeated throughout the event were calls for America to withdraw all financial support from Israel. "America first. Israel last!" was the cry." www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php/index.php?pageId=13618
Does he think we are so stupid? Look at the two statments in that paragraph that were shouted in DC;
1 "denunciation of Israel – and of American support for the Jewish state."
2) "calls for America to withdraw all financial support from Israel."
Are you connecting the Palestinian dots to where Rasoul comes up with these statements and why they are so similar to those above? I believe its clear. After he heard the news was out on his feelings over this matter he realized it would not go over well with many and could be used to hurt his campaign so he asked for the removal of the statement and the minutes from the AFRP. In the next two weeks, we shall have a photocopy of the document that went *poof* from the AFRP website and I will copy it to the tab titled "exhibit a." Stay tuned.
Now as we continue, by way of contrast, he says he worries about his constituents in his home district. Fair enough, lets review his record and see if Roanoke “working families” have received more assistance then refugees.
Let me quote from the Hope Fund website;
“travel expenses from the Hope Fund, annual tuition worth $21,000 from the College of Roanoke, and $9,000 yearly for room, board, and health insurance from Sam Rasoul, a Palestinian-American executive —...
wwwthehopefund.org/YougWomansWish.html
The record is clear that through the Hope Fund, Rasoul has helped those outside his District and outside the US. Palestinians receiving room, board and health insurance! Such a deal! There is nothing wrong with Rasoul owning many businesses and helping out Palestinians, but is this our expectation in the future? What he does with money used through his personal businesses are one thing even if they do not help our “working families,” but what about our tax dollars if elected?
The Hope Fund is a way to benefit Palestinians once they are shipped over here. But, if he had cared for his community before they were even considered "constituents," is it safe to say that helping an American right here in Roanoke would benefit our working families? Our economy? Our future? Maybe I didn't get the e-mail, but can someone show me if Salam has provided food, clothing, housing or 9000.00 dollars or more (depending on how many refugees were brought over) for a homeless person in the 6th District? Roanoke? VA?
So, to beat a dead horse, my question is, are we really to believe the man Rasoul, described as the “Palestinian-American executive” has intentions of helping OUR “working class” families when the record shows he has followed his Palestinian heart and first gone to Palestine to get them away from what he would call Israeli tyranny?
Now, let me discuss another issue which caught my eye and upset me. Please forgive the sarcasm and obvious emotion, but most of us have not forgotten about the next issue and it too was included in Rasoul's campaign promotion.
"After the atrocities of September 11, 2001, Sam believed that the best way to improve the world around him was through economic development, because with quality jobs and adequate wages comes an improved quality of life, reduced violence, and a better future for our district.”
www.democracyforamerica.com/campaigns/2526
Lets break this statement down shall we?
Question? Atrocities? Is that the only term your friends could come up with or think of? How about barbaric, vicious, heinous and religiously motivated cold blooded killings! “
Atrocities by who?” They were Muslims Rasoul! In fact, you may want to pull over for a moment and open up your lap top while on your busy campaign trail so you may view, be reminded of and witness the heart of the Palestinian people celebrating the destruction of the twin towers yourself.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrM0dAFsZ8k
The Jerusalem Post documented the quote from Osama Bin Laden where it was stated;
“Bin Laden said he was the "only one responsible" for the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, arguing that it was unjust for the Americans to have invaded Afghanistan. "The events of Manhattan were retaliation against the American-Israeli alliance's aggression against our people in Palestine and Lebanon, and I am the only one responsible for it. The Afghan people and government knew nothing about it. America knows that," he said. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1195546764318&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull
Now that I'm off my soapbox regarding the term atrocities by who and why, I have questions?
1) Why the sudden position or attitude “after” September 11th? What was wrong with beginning these beliefs and convictions before the attacks?
Next question. It reads; “the best way to improve the world around him?” If you are campaigning for VA how does that geographically include Roanoke or is this specifically the Middle East? Because if I am reading this statement correctly, the statement ties the atrocities to the terrorists and seems to suggest that economic development would possibly help prevent this type of atrocity in the future, and this economic development ($$) would need to be directed toward the Middle East since this is where the terrorists came from. Let me look at it again;
"After the atrocities of September 11, 2001, Sam believed that the best way to improve the world around him was through economic development, because with quality jobs and adequate wages comes an improved quality of life, reduced violence, and a better future for our district.”
Yep, I read it right. So, let me get this straight. If you make it into Congress, you may use American tax dollars to improve the world around you by strengthening those who want to hurt us because through economic development, quality jobs etc, comes quality of life and” reduced violence” right?
“A better future for our district.” Really? How can this be when the record shows you are concerned with past, present and future economic development with those outside of American working families?
“Quality jobs?” Where? Virginia or Palestine?
“Economic development?” Virginia or Palestine?
Needless to say, your help with The Hope Fund does not give me “hope” that you will offer any “hope” to those in the Sixth District nor VA, nor the USA for that matter. It appears you want to economically assist Palestinians who in turn shall take American money to manufacture more suicide vests to be used against Israelis. This has nothing to do with a better future for our district!
Lets talk about another organization that gave Salam the title “Muslim Palestinian humanitarian activist.” The AMEU (Americans For Middle Eastern Understanding) says this about Salam;
“A few months ago the Hope Fund entered into a new kind of innovative partnership. An agreement was struck between a Muslim Palestinian humanitarian activist, Sam Rasoul, Roanoke College and the Hope Fund to provide a scholarship for a girl from the West Bank or Gaza.” See page 11 of the following pdf file;
www.ameu.org/uploads/vol40_issue1_2007.pdf
The AMEU is not shy in its attacks on US policies. They state;
“Over the decades, both Democratic and Republican administrations have provided Israel with substantial military and economic assistance in order to enable Israel to maintain its qualitative and technological superiority over any potential combination of regional (Arab) forces, even at times when the two governments have been at odds with each other, for example, over the treatment of Palestinians, the Israeli settlements in the Arab occupied territories, the use of U.S.- made weapons in non-defensive wars, and Israeli actions reflecting an aggressive, expansionist policy in the region.” Toward the end of the article it reads: “The U.S. Must realize that if Israel insists on illegally confiscating additional Arab territory and occupying Gaza, the West Bank, and the Golan Heights instead of seeking peace, the current cycle of attack, reprisal and expansion of Israels defense zones will continue, engulfing the Middle East into more wars and undermining American strategic interests in the area.”
Here we have an organization praising the works of Rasoul and in the website verbally attacking the US for her support of Israel. We could ask Rasoul again using the words above from the AMEU. Does he agree with the position of the AMEU that Israel “illegally confiscated additional Arab territory?” Sadly, as I said before, the original answer I had asked via email to my question was avoided and side stepped with semantics.
It appears, they all want to rename the “City of peace” to City of “peaceful solution.” They don't want the Jews to have complete control over an area where Jews have historically worshiped the God of Avraham, Isaac and Jacob.
The goal of the Palestinians? The removal of all Jews from the land!
Listen to the mindset of many other Muslims;
“The messages of the Palestinian Authority and the Arafat-appointed clergy should now be understood by all of Israel. It does not need to be decoded. It is perfectly honest, explicit and straightforward. Israel proper, not merely Judea/Samaria, is "stolen" territory and must be "returned" to the Arabs. Israel's Palestinian "partners" will not cease their murders of Jews until there is an end to "persecution," that is, until there takes place a transformation of all of Israel into Palestine. Unless "the Jews" agree to abandon their defiling state and witness its replacement with a proper Arab state they will always invite "slaughter." www.gamla.org.il/english/article/2000/nov/ber2.htm
I believe the President of Iran, Ahmadinejad, spoke for the Palestinians when he said to others;
Israel's 'Disintegration' Imminent; Tells Bush On Lebanon: You Are Defeated, Bound For Extinction
“There is a group of terrorists and criminals who came according to a plan, with the support of foreigners, and who have no roots in Palestine. Sooner or later, they will be driven out by the people of Palestine."
www.memri.org/bin/articles.cgi?Page=archives&Area=sd&ID=SP193008
“Iran's conservative new president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said Wednesday that Israel must be "wiped off the map" and that attacks by Palestinians would destroy it, the ISNA press agency reported.
www.iht.com/articles/2005/10/26/news/iran.php
Iran's political aspirations are driven by a deep religious zeal. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad repeatedly pledges;
"the imminent and evident liquidation of Israel," as a code word for the messianic fervor he shares with his spiritual mentor, Ayatollah Mohammad Taghi Mesbah Yazdi, one of the more radical ayatollahs, who subscribes to diplomatic and military activism to advance the global Islamic revolution spearheaded by Iran”
www.gamla.org.il/english/article/2008/june/g4.htm
Israel wiped out! That is the peaceful solution! The solution is hidden under these terms “peace” and “economic development.” But they need the US to get on board. How is this going to happen? Its happening right now even before our very eyes. Bring Muslims over to the US via the hope fund and get them over here to follow the ATFP plan;
”by coordinating the efforts of Americans of Palestinian origin working, with their fellow Americans and others,..”
Men like Mr. Rasoul placed in Congress will argue against monetary support toward Israel! Redirect any economic development from Israel to Palestine. The common cause of the Palestinian movement and Islam is to get us all on board and turn on Israel peace by peace which translates into piece by piece!
These Islamic websites all suggest we are stupid and have the wrong understanding of the Palestinian cause. Most of the Muslim websites say we need to be educated about Islam. For example, from the American Muslim Council; ....
"provide a national structure within which American Muslims may express and act upon their shared concerns, promote, encourage and foster better understanding, in the United States, of Muslim culture, values and history and enhance, encourage and foster the common good and general welfare of the people of the United States."
www.amcnational.org/new/amcdetails.asp?PageName=aboutamc
